The following terms, when used in this document, shall have the meanings set out below:

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to sp252 is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. sp252 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the minimum age requirement is not satisfied.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is primarily designed to serve players located in Indonesia. By creating an Account, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a location where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local laws. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of sp252 complies with any laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that limits your ability to enter into contracts or participate in gambling activities.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on sp252. Registering multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all related Accounts and the forfeiture of any associated Funds and Winnings.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of sp252 or any affiliated company are not eligible to open an Account or place Bets on the Platform.
3.1 Registration Process. To access sp252 services, you must complete the registration process accurately and honestly. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. sp252 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.3 Accurate Information. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. sp252 reserves the right to void any Bets placed and confiscate any Funds in an Account found to have been registered with false information.
3.4 Account Currency. All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). sp252 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, Bets, Winnings, and withdrawals are processed in IDR.
3.5 Account Suspension. sp252 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where required to do so for regulatory compliance purposes.
4.1 Verification Requirement. sp252 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed and before higher deposit limits are unlocked. Verification may also be requested at any time during the Account lifecycle.
4.2 Acceptable Documents. sp252 accepts the following documents for identity verification:
4.3 Processing Time. sp252 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Players will be notified by email once verification is complete or if additional documentation is required.
4.4 Refusal of Verification. If a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a request, sp252 reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, suspend withdrawal rights, or close the Account entirely. Any Funds held in a suspended Account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulations.
5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. sp252 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. sp252 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which sp252 accepts no responsibility.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) are typically credited to your Account within minutes during business hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited instantly in most cases.
5.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification (see Clause 4). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. sp252 targets the following processing times for verified Accounts:
5.6 Withdrawal Limits. Standard daily withdrawal limits apply based on Account tier. VIP-tier members benefit from higher withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP Loyalty Program terms. sp252 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed standard limits.
5.7 Unclaimed Funds. Funds remaining in an Account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the fee schedule, which is available by contacting our support team. sp252 will notify the Player by email prior to applying any inactivity fee.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by sp252 are subject to specific promotional terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game types, and expiry periods. These terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotional description.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. sp252 monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or opposing Bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, and using third-party bonus-abuse software. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be subject to Account suspension.
6.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. sp252 reserves the right to withdraw or adjust any bonus if it reasonably determines that this restriction has been circumvented.
6.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without notice or compensation.
6.6 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. sp252 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account prior to the change.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. sp252 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a technical error, odds error, or where a Bet exceeds the applicable stake limits for that market or game type.
7.2 Odds Errors. In the event that a Bet is accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error, sp252 reserves the right to void the Bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. sp252 will not honor winnings that arise solely from an obvious pricing error.
7.3 Sports Betting. All sports Bets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, including Asian handicap (voor bola — a handicap betting format commonly used in Indonesian football wagering), over/under, and accumulator (mix parlay — accumulator bets combining multiple match selections into a single wager) markets. Market-specific rules are available in the Help section of the Platform.
7.4 Casino Games. All casino games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available from the game information panel within the Platform.
7.5 Live Casino. Live casino games are provided by third-party studio partners including Evolution Gaming. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game session, the outcome of the round in progress at the time of disconnection will be determined in accordance with the studio partner's published rules.
7.6 Togel. Togel draw results are determined using certified random-draw procedures. Results are published on the Platform immediately following each draw. sp252 does not operate or influence the draw outcomes and acts solely as a wagering intermediary.
7.7 Sabung Ayam. Sabung ayam (live cockfighting wagering) is streamed from licensed arenas. Bets are accepted during designated pre-match and in-play windows. sp252 accepts no liability for interruptions to the live stream caused by venue-side technical issues, provided that unsettled Bets will be voided and stakes returned in such circumstances.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sp252 Platform:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the sp252 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, images, and game assets — is the exclusive property of sp252 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited Licence. sp252 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of sp252.
10.1 The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the sp252 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
10.2 sp252 collects and processes personal data — including identity documents submitted during KYC — for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and is not sold to third parties.

11.1 Age Policy. sp252 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years on all products and services. Age verification is mandatory and non-negotiable.
11.2 Player Tools. sp252 provides a suite of responsible gambling tools accessible from the Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session-time reminders, temporary time-outs, and permanent self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.
11.3 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who wishes to self-exclude from the Platform may do so by submitting a request through the Account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are honored immediately and without question. Players who self-exclude may not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sp252 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its services.
12.2 sp252 shall not be liable for any losses arising from: (a) technical failures, server outages, or interruptions outside of sp252's reasonable control; (b) acts of third parties, including payment processors or game studio providers; (c) your own failure to keep Account credentials secure; or (d) force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, or network outages.
12.3 sp252's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 No Warranties. The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
13.1 Closure by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting sp252 support. Prior to closure, any pending Bets will be settled in the normal course and any remaining Funds (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC where not already completed.
13.2 Closure by sp252. sp252 may suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice where it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where closure is required for regulatory compliance. In the event of closure for cause, sp252 reserves the right to withhold Funds pending investigation.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sp252 holds its operating licence.
14.2 Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
14.3 Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
15.1 sp252 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date.
